The Intention

The Embodied Woman is a retreat for women moving through seasons of transformation, grief, awakening, transition, or remembrance.

This is a space for the women who feel deeply.

The women standing at thresholds.
The women longing to soften.
The women craving connection - to themselves, the earth, and one another.

Together, we gather in ceremony, ritual, music, nature, and community.

This retreat is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It is about remembering the wisdom already living within your body.

Held in the lush jungles and beautiful coastline of Costa Rica, this retreat invites you to slow down enough to listen - to your body, your emotions, your intuition, and the living world around you.

There will be space here for grief, joy, laughter, tears, stillness, beauty, rest, and honest connection.

You do not need to arrive perfectly healed.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

“This retreat was phenomenal! The intention, love, and care put into planning was evident throughout. Lauren and Robyn, you both held space so beautifully. There was a strong sense of safety (physical, emotional, and spiritual) in our group sessions and journeys. The location was excellent and added so much to the experience as well. I loved how there was no overbearing interpretation of anyone's experience, from you as facilitators or from others in the group. The tone was set very early on with the zoom meetings, which I feel were essential in creating that dynamic. I appreciated the quiet mornings and encouragement to sit with our journey experience until we could share as a group the next day. These guidelines gave me permission to be with myself and process my experience.”
