Free Monthly Integration Circle with Robyn and Lauren

Integration is the most important part of creating lasting change in your system. Without it, we end up spinning our wheels around the same material. This free virtual circle is a community space to gather for integration, connection, and healing together, whether you’re integrating medicine journeys, parts work, somatic work, astrological transits, or meditation practices, or simply looking for a group of like-minded souls.

Each circle includes check-ins, a parts meditation, and optional sharing, and sometimes sound meditation too.
