This session combines Reiki energy healing with gentle parts work. We listen to what arises in your system somatically, emotionally, and energetically, and create space for integration and release. This work is typically ongoing, meeting weekly or biweekly.

Heart-opening plant medicine ceremony + inner connection

This session uses ceremonial cacao as a gentle heart-opening ally. From this expanded and grounded state, we work with your inner world through presence, reflection, and intuitive guidance.

INTENSIVE SESSIONS

Deep immersive healing container (full-day)

Intensives are extended sessions designed for deeper transformation. We may move between astrology, Reiki, parts work, cacao, and integrative dialogue depending on what emerges.

This is a spacious container for working at depth without interruption.
